About Our Practice

Ballina West Medical Centre is a small Practice of currently four doctors. We are located in West Ballina, 5 minutes from local beaches, 20 minutes from Byron Bay and one hour from the Gold Coast. We have an airport with flights to major cities including Sydney and Melbourne.

Our History

Ballina West Medical Centre has been operating in this area since 2001. We offer a range of services to suit the needs of a diverse patient base. Our particular areas of interest are:

• Nursing Home Visits: Doctors from the Practice attend our local nursing homes
• Home Visits: Available at the discretion of the Doctor
• Chronic Care: Weekly case conferencing and Chronic Care plan clinics
• Medication Reviews: In-house Pharmacist visits for patient consultations
• Modern Facilities: Fully computerised practice with online Medicare claiming
